Perched on the mountainside overlooking Old Town, Abode at Snowbu is the epitome of a new phase, mining town home, nearly ski-in / ski-out, primely located just a short walk to “Quit 'n Time” ski run or Town Lift for easy access to the slopes and Main Street for shopping and restaurants galore. Recently remodeled in a clean contemporary style, Abode at Snowbu can accommodate up to 9 guests across 3 luxurious bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, plus a queen murphy bed in the media room.

Full of light, this Abode is a newly renovated home with lots of windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open floor plan, giving a feeling of airiness and space. An industrial style steel fireplace is the focal point of the living area with a gorgeous leather sofa and two comfy chairs making it a great landing spot at the end of the day. You'll find a beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped and ready for any level of culinary expertise or a private chef arranged by our in-house Concierge Team. Situated near the windows is a dining area that can seat up to eight guests. Cook and dine al fresco from the balcony just off the kitchen featuring a BBQ grill and seating for four overlooking Old Town below. Wander down to the lower level outdoor entertaining area to recall stories from your adventure-filled days or roasting s'mores around the private fire pit.

Next to the kitchen is an entertainment room as the 4th bedroom with plenty of deluxe bean bag chairs and a big comfy sofa where the whole gang can hang out. A queen Murphy bed and plenty of closet storage is also available with a full bathroom just a step away.  Washer, dryer, and detergent are also available in the hallway near the kitchen for your convenience.

When you're ready to turn in for the night, a sanctuary of convenience and calm awaits in the top level primary suite. Boasting vaulted ceilings, a cozy king bed, TV, desk, and a small alcove holding a mini fridge and coffee maker so you don't have to go far for that first cup in the morning. Enjoy your coffee on your private balcony overlooking Old Town and the rolling hills beyond, taking breakfast around the warmth of the fire bistro table, or capping off the evening with a soak in your private hot tub. Your lovely, fully stocked en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks so you'll truly have everything that you need!

On the lower level you'll find two bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, double sink bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a Tempur-pedic king size bed with a private outside patio where you can relax and enjoy the neighborhood. The second bedroom holds an extra long twin bunk bed suitable for kids or adults, with a trundle as well, to sleep three.

Get ready for any adventure, storing your gear and prepping for the day from the ski prep room. For easy ski access to Park City Mountain, Town Lift is just a short walk down the street from your front door, and even closer, 50 yards away is a public staircase that leads directly to “Quit 'n Time” ski run where you can ski down to Town Lift. Just steps away from the action, you're a 5 minute walk to the fabulous array of boutiques, galleries and world class restaurants and bars on Park City's Main Street. For that local Old Town experience with modern style and convenience, Abode at Snowbu is definitely the place to be!
