In the summertime, the back deck and fenced in yard that backs up to City Park is the perfect spot for chilling out, barbecuing and soaking up that summer sun!

Two bedrooms and one cozy den are beautifully furnished and the perfect space for you to have sweet dreams of powder or a place to rest and recharge for another day of epic adventures. Scout the next day’s lines from the master suite with views of Park City Mountain Resort right out your window and roll out of your comfortable king bed ready for first chair after a restful night’s sleep. Two secondary bedrooms and a shared bath are located on the main level, offering a king bed in one and a twin over queen bunk plus a twin trundle bed in the other, perfect for the kids!

In the heart of all the action, a car is not necessary to get around town, but for guests who do have a vehicle for excursions near and far, the oversized 1-car garage has ample space for both parking and gear storage, plus a 3-car driveway for off-street parking.
