Originally built in 1925 as an Old Town miner's cottage and recently renovated, Abode at the Park is a designated historic landmark that maintains that charm with a design reflecting Southern Utah flair while offering the amenities you demand in your mountain town retreat.

This one-of-a-kind home creates a welcoming and relaxing escape from the action with three well-appointed bedrooms that can sleep up to 7, a private deck and yard and all the luxuries & comforts of home. The artistic gourmet display kitchen is a chef’s delight with it’s gas range and everything you need to prepare a feast for your hungry adventurers after an exciting day on the slopes or trails. Snuggle up on the deep-cushioned leather sofas and plot the next day’s alpine adventures with friends and family, or head up to one of two private decks for panoramic views perfect for star gazing. In the summertime, the back deck and fenced in yard that backs up to City Park is the perfect spot for chilling out, barbecuing and soaking up that summer sun!

Three bedrooms are beautifully furnished and perfectly cozy, ideal for sweet dreams of powder or a place to rest and recharge for another day of epic adventures. Scout the next day’s lines from the master suite with views of Park City Mountain Resort right out your window and roll out of your comfortable king bed ready for first chair after a restful night’s sleep. Two secondary bedrooms and a shared bath are located on the main level, offering a king bed in one and a twin over queen bunk plus a twin trundle bed in the other, perfect for the kids!

In the heart of all the action, a car is not necessary to get around town, but for guests who do have a vehicle for excursions near and far, the oversized 1-car garage has ample space for both parking and gear storage, plus a 3-car driveway for off-street parking. Additional comforts include central heating and air conditioning, a whole-house water softening system, full-size washer & dryer and a whole-house air humidifier.
