With four well-appointed suite-style bedrooms, this recently remodeled cozy home accommodates up to 10 guests with room to spread out, perfect for mountain memories to be made with family or friends.

This multi-level home was thoughtfully designed to offer privacy coupled with access. On the second level, guests will find a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining area with big windows for amazing views in every meal and an open living room space. On the third level, the main living room with a cozy fireplace features year round extraordinary 180° views. The private master bedroom with its private master balcony overlooking Old Town is a great place to sip your morning coffee and take in the mountain aroma. A hot tub perches overlooking pine and aspen studded mountains for après ski relaxation. Abode on Sampson has it all; four more well appointed bedrooms spread in different levels bringing complete privacy to each guest, an ample ski storage, a 2 car garage, and designer decorations with modern furniture and fabulous art.

Abode on Sampson is the perfect location for guests who want to be in the middle of the action while still less than five minutes from both Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort!   Walk to Historic Main Street and enjoy the many restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries. Catch the free shuttle to Deer Valley Ski Resort or the Canyons! 

* This home has "mountain air conditioning", meaning NO Central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.
