DESCRIPTION

Located in the heart of Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, you’ll find the Black Bear Lodge. Offering luxury condominiums just across the street from Silver Lake Lodge, staying at the Black Bear Lodge makes it an easy walk to the lifts and the slopes of Deer Valley. This cozy 2-bedroom and 3-bath condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. 

Abode at Black Bear #303 features a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a magnificent stone fireplace. After a day on the slopes, relax in the outdoor hot tubs or take a swim to wind down in the heated pool. Black Bear Lodge’s shared facilities also include a gym and office suite. For our summer guests, this unit does not have air conditioning; however, a fan has been provided in each bedroom for your comfort.

The open floor plan and log-style architecture not only accentuate the mountain home vibe but also creates a light and airy shared space with the spacious kitchen, dining table, and cozy living room that is anchored by the river rock fireplace. 

Enjoy all the perks of staying at the Black Bear Lodge. Just a minute’s walk away, the Sterling Express chairlift accesses Deer Valley’s range of runs. Black Bear Lodge also operates a complimentary ski shuttle, with free overnight ski storage available at Deer Valley. Regular buses connect to Park City Mountain Resort’s slopes. As for après-ski fun, surrounding Silver Lake Village has acclaimed restaurants, while Park City’s Main Street delivers bars and clubs.

*One (1) underground garage parking spot for this unit. Please note, visitor parking is extremely limited in this area. We recommend only one car per reservation if possible.
**Some on-site amenities may be seasonal. Please inquire for dates & hours of operations.
***This home does not have central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.
