The kitchen is fully equipped and surrounded by beautiful dark cabinetry as well as granite counter tops. The living room has brand new furnishing surrounding the gas fireplace and 42" HDTV. There is seating for 6 at the dining room table with four more places at the kitchen bar. Just outside on the small deck is a gas BBQ that runs on natural gas so you'll never run out of fuel.

Downstairs one floor you will find the den area that has a brand new, super cozy couch that is also a queen size sofa sleeper right in front of a 42" HDTV - a perfect place to watch the game! There is also a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and attached bathroom. This bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower as well as a free standing tub. The third bedroom is also located on this level with a queen bed a beautiful full bathroom just outside in the hallway. The full laundry room is also on this floor. On the top floor (one flight up from the entry) is the 2nd master suite bedroom. This private room has a queen bed, private bathroom and a very large walk-in closet.
