Abode Off Main

The location was perfect for our group. We were here for a family wedding. I was worried when I pulled in because the house looks tiny from the front, but there was plenty of room in the open concept kitchen/living/dining area. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street as well as City Park and the Lodge at Mountain Village (alpine slide, etc.). Parking is tight. We had two suburbans and a smaller car. The rental agent was able to give us a street parking pass for the second suburban. The fenced in back patio was great for the kids. It looks like there may be a hot tub planned for the future.

Great location. The staff responded to all questions and requests promptly. They made staying there easy and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 15. Walking distance to everything in Park City.

Great house located in a great location. I celebrated my 50th birthday with friends and the house was perfect for us to enjoy. We were steps away from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

I would say it was in pretty good condition. Parking is a problem, if you have more than 2 cars.

We traveled to park city with 3 families, total of 11 people and the hose easily accommodated us. The living room/kitchen/dining area fit everyone together we just all couldn't sit on the couches together. The house has a great ski room which made it easy for everything to stay organized and out of the way. Easy walk to Town Lift from the house. Great jacuzzi on the patio for after skiing

We visited Park City the 2nd week in December. We were a part of a family group of ~38 that visited the area for an intimate wedding. A group of 4 male cousins stayed at this property. We had plenty of space and we were very happy with the location. We were on the route for the free PC shuttle. We arrived to the first major snow accumulation with single digit temperature (which we loved). We were very warm and comfortable. The beds slept very well. The house was clean. Accessing the property was very easy (once we figured out which door was ours—no fault of anyone's), and checkout was a breeze. We communicated with the rental company prior to our arrival. Our questions were usually answered within 24-hours. All in all, we would rent again.

We had been looking for a location with enough beds and separate bedrooms to accommodate our large family. We also were hoping for a private hot tub,, large kitchen and dining area. Heading to Park City for the weekend around Thanksgiving every other year is a family tradition we look forward to as soon as we pack up and drive home. This past Thanksgiving we couldn't get a place to stay before they were sold out. We had our eye on this beautiful location and were fortunate enough to get it. Everyone was so kind and helpful when we had a question. There were so many special touches left for us. They even checked with us to see if we needed a turkey pan. Great experience! Wonderful hosts!

This house is sneaky big and you cant beat the location. Its not the Ritz Carlton but its also not Motel 8. Great for a large crowd and the management company Abode did a very professional job start to finish. I would recommend this house.

Walking distance to the restaurants and bars on main st. A block away from the bus stop that takes you up to the mountain. Clean cozy home. Definitely recommend for a winter cabin getaway!

My family of 11 stayed at Abode off Main for a week of skiing and family time. Our stay was wonderful! The house was everything I had hoped for and the proximity to Town lifts made our daily skiing a breeze. Also, it is right on the free bus line so I rode the bus a few times to the Fresh Market. Easy. One of the best things about the home is the state of the art mud room. It was AMAZING. We could all de-ski completely before walking into the house. No ski clutter anywhere! Also, the laundry room was great, super washer and dryer that we constantly were using. Another perk that I was hoping for was the location of the home in relation to the adorable town of Park City. We were seconds away from restaurants and shopping.

Just want to say- Cole was awesome! He was so helpful, responsive and friendly. We loved the welcome basket and beer - great touch. Our place was perfect for our large group of ladies. We will definitely book with Abode again.

Rob Your team did a great job. Helpful on restaurant recommendations (all were really good, particularly RiverHorse, 350 Main and Zooms), reservations, Ski Butlers (very friendly and easy) and the house was great (very convenient, well stocked, space very well utilized with out mix of adults and kids with the Bunk Room)

Just got back from PC. Stayed at this wonderful house just a block from the town lift. There were 5 of us in our group so we each had our own Bedroom and Bathroom. Staying in this home you don't even need a car. Everything is within walking distance. House looks small from the outside but is huge. The hot tub in the backyard was very much appreciated as well after a long day of skiing. We will definitely return. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I stayed here Jan 12-16, 2012 with three other couples and had a perfect stay. I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but I noticed that this place had no reviews and deserved a good one. So here goes. Location: Literally 1 block from the town lift, which by the way never has a line. You can buy your lift tickets there and jump on the lift - never having to deal with the main resort. And you can ski down and walk one block back to the house at the end of the day or for lunch. The town lift is the start of the main drag, so you're also easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. If you need to get to the grocery store, the other resorts, or a bunch of other places, there is a free bus stop right across the street. No need for a car. House: First of all, it's huge. Which you can't tell from the pictures. The main floor has a big and open living / dining / kitchen area. It has one big master bedroom / bathroom suite and another smaller bedroom. And a "mudroom" to store all your ski gear. The upstairs is another giant master bedroom / bathroom suite. The downstairs has 2 small-medium sized bedrooms plus a big bedroom with 2 oversized bunks. Also a laundry room, which is really helpful. Second of all, it truly seems brand new. You can tell that it was recently remodeled, and they spared no expense. Very classy and high-end. There is even a central humidifying system (didn't even know those existed). Oh, and the hot tub is super nice. Wifi works great too. And everything is clean and wll taken care of. Owner/Manager: Friendly, responsive, checked in on us while we were there. Left us a lovely welcome basket. Very fair price. Recommended for: Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We all loved this house!!! Location, location, location!!! You are right downtown. We walked around town in the evenings and always had the front door open as people walked up to town for the night. We had three families with children and there was plenty of room. The basebment is set up perfectly for kids, while the adults can have their own space in the living room. We would all definitely stay here again. Very beautiful home but still very comfortable. Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The house is just one block from the start of Park City's Main Street with all the shops and restaurants, close enough to Park City Resort Town lift to walk there to get on the slopes, the bus stop is across the street for a free ride to other ski resorts. It is much more spacious and comfortable than the pictures online show. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the kitchen, living room and dining area as one big space to cook, have meals and hang out together. The mudroom and laundry area made it very convenient. The furnishing, beddings and decorative details made it a refined setting for a great vacation.

We had a 7 adults and 4 children in our group and this house was absolutely perfect. Main street shopping begins about a block away, so there are numerous restaurants within a short walk. The shuttle to PCMR is right across the street. The house looks small from the street, but it is everything you could want for a large group. The kitchen is fabulous if you want to cook a meal. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly want or need which makes staying with children so much easier; abundant linens, washer and dryer with detergent, etc. We loved it and will definitely come back to this house if we have a large group.

Have just returned from my annual “women only” ski trip. There were 13 of us and this home was very accommodating. The location was excellent being so close to the town lift and all the fun activities of Main Street. For the non skiers, or the non skiing days, having the bus stop right across the street was great for getting to other areas like the shopping malls and cinemas. If I had to wrap this home up in one word it would be quality. From the kitchen appliances, to the dishware, linens, and comfortable beds, everything was top flight. It feels like someone actually takes care of it, not like some schlocky rental only property. The large mud/boot room was great for getting all of us out the door together, and the hot tub at the end of the day was perfect. We are intending to return Park City next year and hope we can again stay in this lovely home.
