WONDERFUL SEASON AT DEER VALLEY COMES TO AN END.

 

Deer Valley Resort and Summit Meadows Adventures Snowmobiling will close for the 2010/2011 winter ski season on Sunday, April 10th.  Events for everyone and amazing snow created a paradise for everyone who came. Deer Valley will be open daily for the 2011 summer season June 17 through Labor Day, and for an additional weekend on September 10 and 11 (conditions permitting). Don’t be sad if you didn’t get a chance to experience Deer Valley in the winter. There is plenty for you to experience during summer. Deer Valley has some of the best mountain bike riding you will find at any resort. Over 65 miles of lift-served mountain biking and hiking as well as scenic chairlift rides. Ride the Silver Lake Express chairlift or drive to the Royal Street Cafe for a mid-mountain meal on the deck. Royal Street Cafe will be open June 17 through Labor Day, serving lunch daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The menu features appetizers, salads, paninis, Deer Valley’s Turkey Chili, specialty entrees and creative cocktails. The Deer Valley Grocery ~ Cafe will remain open year-round. The award-winning food and beverage staff at Deer Valley Resort will continue to offer a changing daily selection of freshly-made on-site and to-go items throughout the spring and summer, and hours will be expanded to include dinner service this summer. Deer Valley Grocery ~ Cafe (1375 Deer Valley Drive) is open daily from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. currently, and will extend its evening hours to 8:30 p.m. during Deer Valley’s summer season, June 17 – September 11, 2011.
